MALANGAS, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY —— Office of the Chief Minister Ahod “Al Haj Murad” Ebrahim through the Members of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) Parliament, and Project TABANG, held a distribution of food packs and rice sacks on Monday, 18 December 2023/5 Jumada Al-Thani 1445 AH.
The event was entitled “Community Dialogue and Food Packs Distribution to the Bangsamoro Communities Outside Core”, that distributed a total of 1,000 25kg of rice sacks and 1,000 food packs to the people of Malangas and other nearby communities in Zamboanga Sibugay.
The distribution was led by MP Suwaib Oranon, MP Mohammad Kelie Antao, MP Tawakal Midtimbang, MP Mudjib Abu, MP Bassir Utto, and MP Mosber Alauddin.
According to MP Antao, this program demonstrates how Chief Minister Ebrahim’s Moral Governance advocacy, which is centered around the theme “No Bangsamoro is left behind,” is felt outside the BARMM territories.
Malangas Municipal Mayor, Hon. Marcelo M. Baquial expressed his deepest gratitude to the Bangsamoro Government and members of the BTA Parliament for the assistance and services given to the people of Malangas.
The said event is aligned to the fullfillment of the Bangsamoro Government’s pledge to help its constituents in the grassroots and bring the government closer to the people.
