The Project TABANG or “Tulong Alay sa Bangsamorong Nangangailangan” – Project Management Office conducted a 3-Day Participatory Strategic Performance Planning Workshop which aimed to enhance employees’ ability to plan strategically and contribute to the overall success of the office’s operations. The activity was held on July 2-4, 2020 at Jehan Hall, Al-Nor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City.
The workshop commenced with an inspirational message given by Assistant Executive Secretary Abdullah “Dong” Cusain. It was followed by the workshop proper facilitated by the resource person, Engr. Mlang Utto Madal. The workshop was centralized in understanding the concepts and processes of Paradigm Shift, Formulation of Organizational Vision, Identification of Underlying Challenges, Strategic Directions, and Formulation of Implementation Plan which are significant in the implementation of the newly-established project.
The workforce of Project TABANG from different areas of the Bangsamoro Region actively participated in various discussion and hands-on activities. The workshop ended with the awarding of certificates to the participants and a closing remarks given by the Project Manager, Mr. Mohamad Murad U. Pasigan.
