The implementation Project TABANG shall cover the region’s Muslim, Christian, and Indigenous communities in the territorial jurisdiction of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, specifically the five provinces which include: Maguindanao, Lanao, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi; the new members of the territory – Cotabato City and 63 Barangays of North Cotabato; and as well as the Bangsamoro communities outside the BARMM (Article 6, Section 12 of the BOL).

The project shall target to benefit those who are in need, specifically those who are less fortunate, displaced, and/or living in communities which are impoverished, far-flung, calamity and conflict-stricken, and others which put their lives at a disadvantageous situation.
