GENERAL SANTOS CITY —— Project TABANG in partnership with the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) and Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) conducted Values Transformation Training (VTT), which aims to promote important values among the project’s team members and personnel on 21-24 June 2021 at the Venue 88 and Events Place.
The participants learned the essence of embracing values in personal and community development to strengthen its advocacy in ensuring development efforts gearing towards the attainment of the region’s goal to uplift the lives of the Bangsamoro people and establish the foundation of moral governance.
VTT topics include Islamic and Universal Values that promotes development, Importance of Faith, Self-Purification, Islamic Values in Dealing with non-Muslims, Application of Islamic Values in Development, Pillars of Islam, Articles of Islamic Faith, and Values Enhancement.
The training was facilitated by Saddam S. Alim, Badrodin M. Makmod, Ms. Nabiha Jameel, and Rayhan H. Abdulrahman from the BDA, and Datunot A. Akmad from DAB.
