The Project TABANG-PMO, in coordination with the Technical Management Services (TMS), shall be responsible in the monitoring and evaluation of the implemented programs/projects. It shall provide feedbacks regarding issues and concerns in the implementation of the project and formulate recommendations and/or remedial actions to ensure the success of implementation of plans, programs, and projects.

There shall be a pre- and post-evaluation of the programs/projects to be facilitated by the TMS, in coordination with the OES and the Project TABANG- PMO. The evaluation report shall be presented to the Oversight Committee and the PMO for review and appropriate action.

An internal monitoring team with the implementing partners shall also be organized to conduct periodic monitoring of the progress of the project implementation.

Report Preparation

The implementing partners shall prepare periodic reports (i.e. monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual). The preparation of the report shall conform to the standard template prescribed by the Project TABANG-PMO. The said report shall be consolidated by the Project TABANG-PMO and it shall be submitted to the OES not later than the 25th day of the month, depending on the period.

A terminal report, upon completion of the project, shall be submitted by Project TABANG-PMO to the Chief Minister through the OES.
