Identification and Prioritization of Beneficiaries
Short-Term
The Project TABANG-PMO shall provide immediate assistance, on a monthly basis or whenever feasible, to those who are in urgent need and/or affected/victims of natural or man-made calamities and other fortuitous events. The PMO shall coordinate with partner ministries in the identification and validation of recipients.
Long-Term
The Project TABANG-PMO shall prioritize those who are in extreme need, specifically those who are less fortunate, displaced, and/or living in communities which are impoverished, far-flung, calamity- and conflict stricken, and others which put their lives at a disadvantageous situation.
The PMO shall establish selection criteria in the identification and prioritization of project beneficiaries in terms of livelihood assistance and provision of small social-infrastructure. In terms of the selection for livelihood assistance, priority should be given to communities that had not received any assistance from any government agencies and those that are in strong need of livelihood support. The selection criteria shall be submitted to the Oversight Committee for information and ready reference. These criteria are established to ensure that the qualified families/communities are served.
