The Project TABANG Implementing Guidelines (IG) shall provide the general guidelines of the project management and define its detailed procedures and processes in the implementation of the different services. Specifically, this IG aims to:

• • • Give clear scope and coverage of the project to be funded as well as the beneficiaries who will directly benefit from it;

    • Specify the procedures to be followed in the project fund allocation, release, management, and scheme of utilization; as well as program monitoring, reporting, and evaluation;

    • Pinpoint accountability and responsibility of the concerned implementing agencies and organizations as well as governing bodies tasked to oversee and facilitate the implementation of Project TABANG; and

    • Ensure transparency in fund utilization and management of the Project TABANG fund.
